Boot into your other operating system when dual-booting, without needing to shutdown your computer

To help – Keep things Quick. If I run Linux primarily, and I want to sync my iPod with iTunes, or play Call of Duty, then I would have to shut the computer down, and wait for Windows to boot, it's a pain.

To help – Install an operating system on another hard drive without you having to waste any time. Normally the install process takes anywhere from 20 minutes to a few hours. That is a long time to be without a computer. This would allow you to continue to use your computer(with limited power, obviously)...
